Public Show Rules

Public Rules:

•    I agree to abide by all show rules as set forth by Eastman Gun Shows, Inc
•    Bringing loaded firearms or loading forearms while on the premises is strictly prohibited. 
•    All firearms will be tied with a "plastic tie" by our security personnel and this tie must not be removed will on the premises of the gunshow.   
•   I agree that Eastman Gun Shows, Inc. is not responsible for the loss of any merchandise or personal items by am attendee.
•   I agree that Eastman Gun Shows, Inc. is not responsible for any injury sustained or caused by an attendee or an exhibitor.
•    Failure to abide by any of these or other published Rules of Eastman Gunshows, Inc. will be cause for immediate ejection from the show premises.

Your Responsibility:
    For your safety, please ensure all magazines and firearms are empty (unloaded) before entering the show.  Double check the chamber of all firearms. 
    Upon entering, go to the Gun Check Table.  Always point your firearms in a safe direction Remove all magazines, first, and show the police officer they are empty.  Open the chamber of your firearms, so the officer can verify the chambers are clear. 
    Patrons who bring loaded magazines or firearms into the show will be refused entry and may be subject to prosecution.  If you do not know how to properly open your firearm, please inform the police officer and they will assist you.

•    Never attempt to operate a firearm with which you are not familiar. 
•    Never attempt to load any firearm while inside the show.
•    You must be 18 years or older to enter or be accompanied by a parent of legal guardian
•    You must be 21 years or older to purchase, sell or handle a handgun and 18 years or older to purchase, sell or handle a rifle or shotgun

 There are no exceptions to these rules
