Show Rules

General Rules:

•  No loaded or holstered firearms will be allowed on the person or in the possession of any exhibitor (or their employees, etc) within the confines of any Eastman Gunshow.  There are no exceptions to this prohibition. 
•  All cartridge
• I agree to be at the show during all public show hours as published or announced by Eastman Gun Shows, Inc. 
•   I agree to abide by all show rules set forth by Eastman Gun Shows, Inc.
•   I agree that Eastman Gun Shows, Inc  is not responsible for the loss of any merchandise or personal items by the exhibitor.
•   I agree that Eastman Gun Shows, Inc. is not responsible for any injury sustained or caused by the exhibitor.
•    Tables not occupied by 9:00 AM on Saturday will be resold.
•   Sub-leasing of tables by dealers is not allowed.

For the following items are prohibited in the Collectors Section:

•   Coins, stamps, rocks, bumper stickers, baseball cards, jewelry of any kind other than American Indian
•   Pocket, hunting butterfly or switchblade knives
•   Clothing of any kind including military unless part of a display, no post World War II
•   Anything NAZI other than guns, swords or daggers.  Nothing will be allowed in the show that glorifies the NAZI era.
•   Military ordinance including grenades, rockets, bombs, shells for guns other   than pistols or rifles.  This does not include deactivated Civil War shells, balls, cannon barrels or Gattling guns.
•   Any sporting equipment not directly relating to guns including boots, gloves, socks, fire starting or hand warming items, flashlights, hats, leather goods, tents, shooting stands, camp stools, etc.
•   No modern reloading equipment or reloaded ammunition.  Only, discontinued ammunition.
•   No black powder or Pyrodex
•   Martial arts items of any kind other than World War II and earlier Japanese blades (tanto, wakisashi, katana, and their fittings).
•   Absolutely no items that are deemed undesirable for the collectors section by show management will be allowed.  Please check with us if you are not sure the items in your display meet these requirements.
•   No guns currently in production
•   No flea market items, art or figurines other than that which relates to hunting
•   No fakes or reproductions
•   No commemoratives

Items Prohibited in the General Section

•   No black powder or Pyrodex
•   Martial arts items of any kind other than World War II and earlier Japanese blades (tanto, wakisashi, katana, and their fittings).
•   No flea market items, art or figurines other than that which relates to hunting
•   No sub-leasing of tables
•   No loaded firearms will be permitted in the gun show.  No personal firearms, loaded magazines or loose ammunition is allowed in the gun show.   Immediate ejection from the gun show is the rule if any exhibitor, their employee or members of their party is found in violation of this rule.  Leave your personal weapons outside the building.
•   All cartridge firearms must be checked, cleared and secured with a cable tie by the exhibitor before placing them on display. 
• Firearms in a display case or disassembled do not have to be tied but they must be checked and cleared by the exhibitor before putting them on display   However any firearms removed from a display case or re-assembled must be immediately secured with a plastic tie by the exhibitor.   
•   No books may be offered for sale by any exhibitor which describes the fabrication of devices which if the device described were fabricated by the purchaser would constitute a felony under the laws of the United States, the State of Georgia or the county/city in which the gun show is located.
•   These gun shows are advertised as "family events" therefore any items, graphics or material which by "local community standards" would be considered as pornographic are prohibited. 

Note:  No out-of-state checks are accepted for table payment at show.  No table reservations are held without pre-payment.  Phone or email reservations are only held for 5 days without payment .
